Broccolina Sweety Salad

3 pounds small red potatoes
1 cup broccoli crowns
1/2 cup sweet corn
1/2 red onion, chopped
1/2 cup fresh creame
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

  1. Boil the potatoes until soft and steam the broccoli crowns for a few minutes
  2. Combine the broccoli crowns, sweet corn, red onion, and potatoes and mix very well.
  3. Pour with fresh creame and add salt and pepper for desired taste.
  4. Refrigerate and serve when ready.
