Strawberry Chicken Salad

2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast, grilled
1 bunch romaine lettuce
1 bunch green leaf or iceberg lettuce
1/2 red onion
1(15 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1(6 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1 lb. fresh strawberries
1 bottle sweet and sour dressing


  1. Cut chicken breasts in 1/4 inch strips.
  2. Cut or tear lettuce.
  3. Slice onion into rings and cut in half.
  4. Drain mandarin oranges and slice strawberries.
  5. If not serving within 1 or 2 hours, prepare all ingredients and keep in separate covered containers or plastic bags.
  6. When serving, layer all ingredients in a large bowl and toss with the dressing.
