300g prawns
1 onion ] blend
2 garlic ] blend
2 cm ginger ] blend
1 lemongrass (add some bird eye chilies if you like it hot) ] blend
Some pineapple (diced)
3 lime leaves
Some salt to taste
3 slices dried tamarind fruit
200 ml coconut milk
Some water


  1. In a pot, put the blended ingredients, lime leaves, tamarind fruit and water to cover. Leave to boil
  2. Add in the prawns and pineapple. Let them cook.
  3. Then add the coconut milk and salt to taste.
