Puding Roti

Bahan:
A:
500 ml susu segar/fresh milk
8 keping roti (gardenia/high 5)
B:
4 sudu besar gula halus
2 sudu besar butter
2 biji telur ayam
1 sudu teh esen vanilla
1 sudu besar tepung jagung
2 sudu besar kismis hitam
CARA:
1. Hancurkan /koyakkan roti dan rendam dalam susu 1/2 jam
2. Kacau dan gaul rata bahan B.
3. Masukkan kismis dan tuangkan kedalam loyang.
4. Bakar dalam suhu 180'C selama 30 minit/masak.
Potato Minced Meat Pie

Ingredients: (21cm tart pan)
Pastry:
150 gm butter
250 gm plain flour
1 tsp sugar
1 egg yolk
A pinch of salt
100 gm yogurt
Fillings:
3 large potatoes (diced)
2 large Onions (diced)
150g minced meat (marinated)
Mixed Vegetable
Seasonings (salt, oyster sauce , pepper etc)
Methods :-
- Mix flour, sugar, salt together in a mixing bowl.
- Rub butter into flour mixture until like breadcrumbs. (see pic Above)
- Add in yogurt and egg yolk, mix to a dough.
- Chill the dough for at least 30mins as it will be very soft and hard to handle. (for easy handling, i split the dough into 2 portion. Place a portion between 2 cling wraps and shape them with a rolling pin into a flat round sheet before chilling.)
- Prepare the fillings. (I usually steam the potatoes 1st before stir fry-ing with the rest of the ingredients, easier and shorten cooking time =p)
- Spread 1 portion of the chilled dough sheet on the base of the pan. Poke holes on it with a fork.
- Top up the pie with fillings.
- Spread the other portion of the dough sheet on top.
- Brush the top of the pie with egg white.
- Baked at 180 degree C for 25-30mins (till golden brown)

Bahan2
1 biji labu kuning saiz sederhana ~ kopek, dadu, rebus & tos
240 gm gula pasir
250 gm tepung gandum
3 biji telur (A)
1 cawan santan pekat
125 gm marjerin ~ cairkan
Cara Menyediakan
1. Blend labu rebus, gula, telur dan santan hingga halus.
2. Masukkan bahan blend ke dalam mangkuk besar.
3. Masukkan tepung sikit demi sedikit dan kacau rata.
4. Masukkan marjerin yang dicairkan dan kacau. Jika adunan berketul2.. boleh ditapis atau diblend sekali lagi.
5. Panaskan ketuhar 175C.
6. Lenserkan acuan dengan marjerin/butter.
7. Masukkan adunan ke dalam acuan dan bakar selama 40 minit atau hingga masak

Mocha Punch

Ingredients
4 cups brewed coffee
1/4 cup sugar
4 cups milk
4 cups chocolate ice cream, softened
Methods
- In container, combined coffee and sugar and stir until sugar dissolves
- Chill for 2 hours
- Just before serving, pour into small punch bowl. Add milk and mix well.
- Top with scoops of ice-cream and stir well.
