1 onion, chopped
2 tbs olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
400g can chopped tomatoes with herbs
1 tsp sugar
500g packet pasta bows
100g tuna, drained
handful basil leaves, optional
Methods :-
- Fry the onion in the oil for 2 minutes. Stir in the garlic, tomatoes and sugar.
- Season, bring to the boil, then simmer for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to pack instructions.
- Flake the tuna into the sauce and heat through.
- Drain the pasta, return to the pan and stir in the sauce and basil.
