3 pounds small red potatoes
1 cup broccoli crowns
1/2 cup sweet corn
1/2 red onion, chopped
1/2 cup fresh creame
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Methods
- Boil the potatoes until soft and steam the broccoli crowns for a few minutes
- Combine the broccoli crowns, sweet corn, red onion, and potatoes and mix very well.
- Pour with fresh creame and add salt and pepper for desired taste.
- Refrigerate and serve when ready.
