Ingredients
300g prawns
1 onion ] blend
2 garlic ] blend
2 cm ginger ] blend
1 lemongrass (add some bird eye chilies if you like it hot) ] blend
Some pineapple (diced)
3 lime leaves
Some salt to taste
3 slices dried tamarind fruit
200 ml coconut milk
Some water
Method
- In a pot, put the blended ingredients, lime leaves, tamarind fruit and water to cover. Leave to boil
- Add in the prawns and pineapple. Let them cook.
- Then add the coconut milk and salt to taste.
